Email sent to all Mermaid 10k entrants on 4th March at 2:45pm

Hi 

 

It is 6 weeks until the Mermaid 10km. I hope that training is going well. 

 

Most runners entered in 2021 or earlier and some may have new circumstances that means that they are unable to take part. 

 

If you are one of those people and you have family member or friend who will use your entry then email me their full details (Name, Address, DOB, Mobile, email address and where appropriate, club details) and will I do a swap free of charge. This facility is available until 13^th April 

 

I you are unable to take part, and don’t a friend to use your entry, then we have people on a waiting list that I can re-sell your place to. There is an EntryCentral charge of 50p to cover their cost of refunding your entry fee. This facility is available until 7^th April. 

 

You will receive a further email update on 8^th/9^th April.
