Redcar Running Festival  – Race information

This is your race number: [Bib #] – please have a note of it to help when you collect it.

Please read the attached document carefully it has all the info required about parking, number pick up on the day, baggage etc. I am always dismayed when runners ask questions that they would have known the answer to, if they had read it.

For those you that live locally, there is an opportunity to pick your number up on Saturday from 10am to 2pm, again at Zetland Park.

If you are unable to run, please do NOT let anyone run with your number without letting me know in advance – I will accept swaps up to 7pm Wednesday 20th Sept..

Please run with your number pinned to the FRONT of your vest with FOUR pins, one in each corner. Please supply your own pins for this.

Please wear your chip timing tags as shown in the attachment. When you have finished, please return the tags so that they can be reused. PLEASE KEEP THEM SEPARATE AND NOT PINNED TOGETHER when you place them in the basket.

Friends of Zetland Park will be selling old stock of race T-Shirts (Retro?) at £2 each. They will use the money raised to continue the voluntary work they do in the park. Please bring £2 in coins if you wish to buy one and support the friends of the park.

And finally, thanks to Sofia Offshore Windfarm who have generously sponsored our new mile/km marker flags – the distances are colour coordinated to coincide with your bib no eg Green = 10km.
