Email sent to  entrants on 26th Sept.

 

 

I have a had few problem with email system today - I think everyone in 5k & 10k got their's but not so for the fun run and half marathon. I will try again tomorrow but in the meantime here is the main points:

 

Please read the attached document carefully it has all the info required about parking, number pick up on the day, baggage etc.

 

For those you that live locally, there is an opportunity to pick your number up on Saturday from 10am to 2pm, again at Zetland Park.

 

If you are unable to run, please do NOT let anyone run with your number without letting me know in advance – I will accept swaps up to mid-day on Thursday.

 

Please run with your number pinned to the FRONT of your vest with FOUR pins, one in each corner.

Please wear your chip timing tags as shown in the attachment. When you have finished, please return the tags so that they can be reused. PLEASE KEEP THEM SEPARATE AND NOT PINNED TOGETHER when you place them in the basket.

 

Prizes will be awarded to 1st Man & Woman to finish, followed by the best age graded percentage performances, other than the first finishers (ie no more than one prize per runner) – sent by post.
