Email sent to Poultry Run entrants on 21st November

On behalf of Loftus and Whitby AC, thank you for entering this year’s race.

The race is now full, and we have a waiting list.

If since entering your circumstances may have changed and you are now unable to take part, if so, then are a couple of options:

• Transfer your place to a friend or family member free of charge (you sort out the cost between yourselves) – see below for further explanation of what you need to do.
• I can offer your place to the waiting list – I will refund your entry fee to your payment card (less £1.20 for the EntryCental fees that we are unable to recover). This only applies whilst there are people on the waiting list. Just reply to this email to let me know.

If you wish to transfer your place to someone else, then the exact method depends on whether you entered via your own personal EntryCental account or as a guest.

If you have your own account, then you should do it yourself by logging into your account an typing in the details of the new runner – I have no access to your account.

If you entered as a guest user, then reply to this email and supply the following information about the new runner:

• Forename
• Surname
• DOB
• Gender
• Club & EA Number (if any)
• House Number & Street
• Town
• Postcode
• Email
• Mobile

Please do not give you place to someone else without letting me know.
